The thing about blogs is that they are relatively easy to get up and going but not as easy to sustain!
But … I have recently spent a bit of time developing a new WordPress site for the Parish of Enniskeane. It has an innovation in built: a facility for visitors to make online donations to the parish’s programme to install a historic 1878 pipe organ in the parish church.
Enniskeane Parish might well have become the first parish in our diocese to be able to accept donations securely over the internet from a person’s credit card or a PayPal account. People can now sponsor one of the Pipe Organ pipes online and make the donation using their credit card. See http://www.enniskeaneparish.ie/
